Terms & disclosures

The terms, written to be read.

Everything that governs a Clearback rebate, in the order you would want to know it. Last updated xx Mmm xxxx.

1Who we are

Clearback Partners Ltd ("Clearback"). Registered in England and Wales, company no. xxxxxxxx.

Clearback is an introducing broker. We introduce clients to Brindle & Vane, Quaymark Prime, Tessaly Markets. We are not a broker: we do not hold client money, execute trades or give investment advice.

Each broker pays Clearback a commission for every lot traded by the clients we introduce. The amount per lot, for each broker and account type, is published on the brokers page.

We return xx% of that commission to the client whose trading earned it, as a rebate, and keep the rest. No broker pays us to be listed, and no other payment from a broker exists.

3Conflict of interest

Clearback is paid by the broker for every lot you trade, so the more you trade, the more Clearback earns. Your rebate rises with volume too.

Trading more to earn more rebates is not a reason to trade. A rebate returns part of a cost you have already paid. It does not make a losing trade profitable, and it is not income you can plan on.

To manage this conflict we do not give trade ideas or signals, set volume targets, run trading competitions, or pay anyone more for trading more. Brokers are listed alphabetically.

4Rebate terms

  1. Rebates are credited to the trading account the rebate was earned on, within x business days of the broker's statement.
  2. Amounts below the minimum payout of $xx carry over to the next cycle and do not expire.
  3. If a broker reverses commission to us (for example for cancelled trades, or an account closed for breaching the broker's terms), the matching rebate is reversed and shown on your statement.
  4. A broker may change what it pays us. We publish any change on the brokers page at least x days before it applies to your rebate.
  5. Eligibility is set by each broker. Some brokers do not allow rebates in some countries or on some account types.

5Tax

How a rebate is taxed depends on where you live and your circumstances. You are responsible for your own tax. Your monthly statement lists every rebate by date, broker and account. We do not give tax advice.

6No investment advice

Nothing on this site or in our replies is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any instrument, to open an account, or to trade more or less. Past rebates do not indicate future rebates.

7Privacy

This site sets no cookies and loads nothing from other websites. When you ask a question, we use your details only to answer it. Brokers share your lot counts with us so we can calculate your rebate; nothing else about your trading.

8Complaints

Tell the contact desk what went wrong and what you would like us to do. We acknowledge every complaint within x business days and give a full answer within x weeks. A complaint about your trading account itself goes to the broker, under its own complaints procedure.
